Started in 2019 by two life-long friends, we strive to meet the needs of civilians and first responders alike. Neil Robertson – Owner/Sales Director
Neil is an 8-year veteran of the Sanford Police Department, with deeply-rooted ties to the community. After graduating from the Police Academy at Seminole State College, he has been consistently called upon to respond to violent crimes ranging from shootings and stabbings to homicide investigations. In 2015, he became Chief Operations Officer of Geneva Farms LLC, focusing on produce distribution. Serving also as Sales Manager, he is responsible for the oversight of multi-million dollar accounts through years of developing and cultivating professional relationships in the industry. In addition to his role at Geneva Farms, Neil continues to serve his community as a reserve Police Officer with the city of Sanford.

Pat Jones – Owner/Training Director
Pat is a service-disabled combat veteran with 13 years of active duty Army experience, 11 of which assigned to Special Operations organizations, with deployments to theaters of engagement such as Afghanistan and Libya. He excelled at executive protection while assigned to the Joint Special Operations Command, where he served on the personal security detachment for several three-star level commanders. While in JSOC, he consistently trained in vehicle maneuvers, surveillance/counter-surveillance, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, and CQB tactics. Pat’s last assignment in the military was being hand-picked to the Jedburgh Company of 4th Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group. Working in Special Activity three-man teams, his focus transitioned to low visibility tactics and austere medical interventions. After an honorable discharge, Pat continues to serve the military with tactical medical care and training as an Independent Consultant.
